I've spent my career at the intersection of digital design and business outcome — most recently as a Design System Lead at a Fortune 500 company, where I saw firsthand what happens when UX is treated as a strategic pillar rather than a production function.

What I observed was consistent: companies without a standardized research and audit cadence struggled to make data-driven design decisions. Without that foundation, UX teams can't effectively tie their work to business outcomes — and leadership stops listening. I fixed that. I streamlined the UX department, established Figma and design systems as organizational infrastructure, and built processes that gave the team a clear, unified voice in product decisions.

The results were measurable — increased revenue, stronger design consistency, and a brand experience customers actually noticed. Black Lotus UX exists to bring that same operating model to growth-stage companies that haven't had access to it yet.
